We provide SSDI representation on a nationwide basis. For claims that go to before an administrative law judge, the hearings are held in the claimant’s geographic area, and we travel to the claimant.

SSDI is a federal benefits program, and the rules do not change between states. As such, our licensing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio and New York permit us to assist claimants nationwide. We’ve assisted claimants in 29 states to date and have traveled to hearings as far west as California, as far south as Florida, and as far north as Massachusetts.
